Ultrasonic Cleaning Trial – Injection Mould Parts
Here is an application where parts from an injection moulding machine die are being cleaned using ultrasonics.
All parts had gross contamination removed prior to the ultrasonic cleaning process. A hot air tool is used to remove plastic resin from ‘hot runner’ tip. All parts were cleaned using an ELMA TI-H multi frequency ultraosnic cleaner – Tec Clean A5 cleaning fluid – and all parts were thoroughly rinsed and dried after cleaning.
